this morning i told my wife about my decision to step down as a ms and that i also would'nt be attending any meetings.
she made a few comments that i expected her to make, but strangely enough she was for the most part very silent.
she made it clear that she was against the decision but outside of a few other comments she said very little.

I've been da'd for a several months and the freedom is so good. There are moments of sadness at the loss of certain friends and beliefs, but I know in my heart that I could never return to that. It's been so good to be free of all the negativity. A breath of fresh air, a new awakening.

I meant to tell you that Joel and I were both impressed at your story of leaving the Jdubs. You really are a sweet, friendly and genuinely good person that has gone through so much, but come out far better than any witness I ever knew. It was a pleasure meeting you and talking to you.
